Carl Sharley at Goldfinch Project Services was great to have onboard for our residential extension. We first realised we needed help when the various builders quotes all came back using different formats and terminology which we found very confusing. Not only did Carl translate but he also assembled them into order and made us realise that they were all too expensive. We therefore got two more quotes which were on budget and Carl helped us compare and interview them both and make a final decision. This alone was a massive value-add for us.
Throughout the build, it was very reassuring to have Carl to talk to and to help with ensuring the right amount was paid to the builder at the right time. He also acted as a go-between where necessary. This gave us peace of mind throughout and now that the work is complete, we are very happy with the end result.
Carl is very personable and experienced and we would have no hesitation to recommend him to others contemplating a residential extension.
